New model
Independently developing an industrial Internet platform, mastering equipment source code, and achieving process-oriented intelligent manufacturing through self-designed network protocols, we have changed the traditional single-unit equipment batch manufacturing model for a single product. We are the first manufacturer in the global crystal industry to achieve flexible production. The entire production line adopts robotic operations, with a 100% numerical control rate and a 100% data acquisition rate, realizing the transformation from low-end to high-end manufacturing in the industry.

New technology
We have introduced advanced technologies across various industries and fields for crystal manufacturing, established new product standards, and obtained more than ten invention patents. For example, we have developed a galvanometer & laser welding system to replace traditional parallel sealing welding, which has increased production efficiency by 10 times; developed a piezoelectric spray valve to replace traditional dispensing technology, which has increased production efficiency by 5 times; designed a sealed purification track conveyor to replace purification workshops and manual handling, thereby reducing operating costs; developed visual inspection equipment with enhanced deep learning capabilities to replace manual quality inspection, reducing personnel work intensity, and so on. Through continuous research and innovation, we have mastered core technological competitiveness.

New ideas
The development of the integrated manufacturing process for SMD crystal resonators with independent intellectual property rights has revolutionized the traditional labor-intensive single-unit processing of crystals. It has been listed by the China Electronics Component and Materials Association as a key piezoelectric crystal product and technology for industrialization and research and development during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. At the same time, it promotes the complete localization of equipment and raw materials, establishing a new industrial chain.
